Hi, I’m Kirby! I founded Habit Harmony with a deep passion to help people like yourself improve your health with evidence-based guidance on how to progress towards your most important goals.

  • Experience: Fitness trainer and yoga instructor in San Francisco since 2017. Health & Wellness Researcher since 2013 at Google, Fitbit, and Tempo Fitness.

  • Certifications: Integrative Health Coach (Duke University), Fitness Trainer (NASM), Nutrition Coach (NASM), Yoga Teacher (Yoga Alliance)
